Would you like to find out more about the changes in the NHS and how it affects our Practice?
Would you consider being more involved with the staff and other patients?
If you can answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, please leave your name and contact details at reception so we can contact you for future meetings.
All meetings are held at one of our sites, last no more than an hour/hour & half and the days/times are changed regularly to allow all patients to attend. The meetings are held every 6- 8 weeks.
