The Croydon GP Collaborative is an organisation that was formed in response to the growing need for change and collaborative working within General Practice. CGPC aims to become a positive force within the local health and social care system that can transform the way services are provided to the local population.
The services CGPC provide are commissioned by NHS Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group and Public Health.

If your symptoms are serious or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do. Only call 111 direct if you cannot go online, or are advised to do so by the on line service. For the latest Covid-19 advice please visit www.nhs.uk/coronavirus

We have a range of appointment times during the morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday. Our appointments are for ten minute consultations. An appointment is for one person only. When another family member needs a consultation (even for identical conditions) please make a separate appointment. You should accompany children under the age of 16 when they need to visit a doctor.
Waiting time at reception will be kept to a minimum. On arrival at the surgery you will be informed of any unexpected delays to your booked appointment. Please be prompt for your appointment and be patient - most delays will be due to an emergency. On weekdays, wherever possible, patients with urgent problems will be able to consult a doctor or nurse within 24 hours on request.
Wherever possible we will provide the facility for confidential conversations between patients and the reception staff. People involved will give you their names and ensure that you know how to contact them.
Text message reminder service
The surgery are able to contact you by mobile text message to remind you of your appointment date and time. Please provide reception with your up to date contact details.
Croydon GP Hubs
Need to see a GP but can’t get an appointment? Our GP Hubs can help.
Call NHS 111 before you go to pre-book an appointment or wait to be seen without an appointment at one of our GP Hubs in Central Croydon, Purley, or Parkway.
Please ring and cancel your appointment should you no longer need it. There is a huge amount of wasted GP and nurse time where people have not turned up for their booked appointments. We do not mind if you have to cancel your appointment, just please let us know so that your appointment may be given to someone else who needs it.
